It has been a while since my last blog. It’s not been because we didn’t have anything to share. We simply decided that in times of crisis, it’s best to put your head down and focus on doing everything you can to support the customers you have. And that is exactly what we have been doing at Rpharmy.
For Rhazdrugs, a comprehensive database that lists hazardous drugs and important information about the disposal and handling of these drugs, we have moved the platform beyond Beta. As a result, we have been able to bring several more sites online.
We embarked on a major upgrade of FormWeb. In addition, we have been helping our FormWeb customers to use that platform to pull their COVID communications to the forefront, making that information available in Epic or the EHR.
From a corporate perspective at Rpharmy, we have significantly upgraded security across our entire suite of products. We also hired a Customer Implementation Specialist to assist our FormWeb and Rhazdrugs clients develop useful content. And we had the pleasure of getting to know many of you virtually through the online Pilates classes we offered to our customers.
We recognize what a challenging and overwhelming time this is and we know that we can be helpful.
