## A Brief History

## 1990

#### Formulary Productions begins publishing customized formulary handbooks.

## 1998

#### The University of Wisconsin requests a custom online version of their formulary handbook from Formulary Productions, resulting in the first version of FormWeb.

## 2001

#### Formulary Productions launches a customized website giving clients access to FormWeb through both intranet and internet.

## 2013

#### FormWeb offers national, regional and community hospital systems its first turnkey version of formulary management software.

## 2019

#### Formulary Productions launches [Rhazdrugs](https://www.rpharmy.com/rhazdrugs?hsLang=en), a database of hazardous drugs and critical information regarding disposal and handling.

## 2019

#### Formulary Productions changes its name to Rpharmy to represent the suite of products the company offers to complete the circle of care.
